My approach to therapy incorporates existential, humanistic, IFS and emotion focused frameworks. I believe that our happiness and satisfaction in life largely depends on finding a purpose, as well as understanding and using our own strengths to overcome issues we face during difficult phases of our life.
Therefore, in therapy, I help people get a better understanding of themselves and others, and give them tools to create effective, long lasting change in their lives. I'm very practical, warm, grounded and outcome focused, happy to tackle even the most challenging issues.
I'm dedicated to ongoing learning and continuously improving my skills as a therapist. I have a very good understanding of various cultures and find it easy to communicate with people of all ages, coming from different backgrounds and all types of lifestyles. I also strive to give back to the community and run an LGBTQIA+ inclusive and affirming practice.
